Safety Perception Survey

Washington University's Department of Environmental Health and Safety is conducting a Safety Perception Survey to gain valuable feedback to determine how workplace safety is viewed throughout Washington University. The survey consists of 28 questions and should take approximately 5 - 10 minutes to complete. A survey tool is being used to assist in gathering and analyzing the data to ensure confidentiality is maintained. The survey will ask for information pertaining to your job category, work location and department, but will otherwise be anonymous.
